The house is on Manors South at Westridge, situated on Highway 27 just north of its junction with the I-4, and 3 ˝ miles south of Highway 192.

This location is ideal for access to Disneyworld (only 15 minutes), Busch Gardens, Tampa and the Gulf Coast beaches of Clearwater and St. Petes via I-4, and only 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

Westridge is a quiet residential/vacation development gated for security, with an abundance of open space and surrounded by citrus groves. There is a community swimming pool and fitness room, which visitors are welcome to use at no extra cost.

Golf courses, large supermarkets, bank and restaurants serving American, Chinese and Italian food are within 5 minutes drive.

This is an ideal location for lazy days spent beside the pool, in Florida's virtually guaranteed sunshine. For the more energetic, Orlando's many attractions are within 30 minutes drive - see details below.
