The Small Print
The property will be available from 4 p.m. local time on the day of your arrival, and should be vacated by 10 a.m. on your departure day, unless agreed otherwise in writing.Balance of payment is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
In the event of you having to cancel your holiday, the following cancellation charges will apply:
More than 8 weeks before departure - deposit
8 - 4 weeks before departure - 50% of total rental
4 - 0 weeks before departure - 100% of total rental
We strongly recommend that you take out Travel Insurance (including cancellation cover) when you make this booking.
With your balance please pay a security deposit of £150, this can be two separate cheques if you prefer. The deposit will be returned to you as soon as the housekeeper confirms no damage or breakages at the end of your holiday. The person signing the booking contract certifies that he or she is authorized to agree the terms and conditions on behalf of all members of the party.
Guests, especially parents of small children, are asked to take especial care around the pool. The cover is not strong enough to be stepped on. The pool is not designed for diving. Removal of the security fence is done entirely at your own risk.
This is a no-smoking property; this is to comply with the terms of our insurance and for the enjoyment of our non-smoking guests. If you or members of your party wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose carefully of cigarette ends etc.
The owner does not accept any responsibility or liability for:
Loss or damage caused by flight delays or cancellation, weather conditions, fire, flood, industrial dispute, or any other event beyond the owner's control.
Injury as a result of using the swimming pool.
Loss or theft of personal property.
